You know, I know some of you are homophobes. It's not ok, but I understand.

 

But most of us...don't really care one way or another. We know enough gays and lesbians. We know they aren't "always trying to have . with me". We know they aren't trying to make our family members or children gay. We know that really the only difference between them and "us" is that they dig the same ., while "we" dig the opposite ..

 

Seriously.

 

But this is just...incredible...that we (the people) elect such people to represent us in office, whether at the local, state, or federal level.

 

I sincerely hope that no one agrees with ANY of this...unbelievable nonsense that I just can't believe an elected official would say...to anyone...because while I've heard others (usually religious jackoffs) spout it with the same degree of hatred and zeal, I just cannot believe that anyone believes such a thing so much. I just don't.

 

However, saying that, I guess I do believe it because I saw it a lot down in the South when it came to whites and blacks. Instead of being gay and ruining America, it was more about being black and ruining America (or whatever crap racists use to justify their thought process).

 

Anyway, take a listen (watch). It's sorta shocking to ANYONE who has even a teaspoon of common sense in their head:

I do NOT agree that being gay or lesbian has to do with ANYTHING with a person's morals or ethnics. Its apparently easier to discriminate the unknown then to take the time to understand. Its the same as saying that anyone who drinks coke instead of pepsi is a retard and should be shot or exiled. Its a preference of a lifestyle. So what if you are gay, doesn't mean that it doesn't make u a lesser person. I have don't have any problem with homosexuals and I actually have a few gay friends and they awesome. So apparently to her.. a terriost like timothy mcvay or watever his name is.. is more then welcome in the state of oklahoma instead of a homosexual due to his lifestyle choices.. great.. i lived in a @#$#ed up state..

Now, I do hate it when males (gays) act all girly-girlish (OMG...LIKE..THE MAKEUP...LIKE....LIKE.....OMG). I seriously want to kick their asses whenever gays act like that, it pisses the hell out of me. They can do whatever they want at home or someplace private, NOBODY wants to see that (except maybe for other gays). I do believe that being gay is a mentality, and something that can be "cured". Just like I believe that depression is also something that only "exists" in the mind of whoever has it. I don't believe all that crap about them being born with it.

 

Btw: The gay couple at my school got detentions until the end of the school year because they were making out in the hallway. LOL. But the administration did not seem to judge as harshly when a guy and a girl were going at it in the hallway, they each got a 3-day suspension. Kind of unjust.

I find it totally amazing that a public official would be spouting such a thing to an audience!

 

At least she's quite open about making her position known, which, in some ways, is more honest than many people who don't talk about their beliefs openly, but harbor such feelings inwardly and operate against gays in an anonymous manner if they can.

because they are harming you in some way like...making you gay? making you feel gay? because you can't just that some people aren't like you and even though they aren't hurting anyone, you just feel the need to kick their butt because they probably can't beat you up? It's really no surprise. Intolerance is what this country is all about these days it seems. As long as people can't accept that there are others who are NOT your race, religion, ., philosophy, political party, whatever, I think we'll be saddled with such social darwinism.

Nothing wrong with gay people. They can be just as mean, angry, violent, pathetic as the straight ones. I'm sure there are lots of straight folks that would fail the cursory gay behaviour test. Yes I have met lots of different people with different sexual, religious, lifestyle orientations to me and you know what the majority were good people - go figure hey!

 

Seeing as we're spouting off opinions I will add that I have no problem with gay people because I have no doubts about my own sexual preferences.

 

If you really hate gay people then why not move to some country that we class as intolerant. Just make sure you're a bloke and your missus, if you have one, enjoys subjugation and submission.

 

Gays the new black of the future. If you can't hate on race in public then homophobias for you. Worse than terrorists, these guys don't blow up planes they blow YOU!

 

I'm sure I've pissed some/lots of people off with this but I've yet to hear a rational explanation for homophobia. Perhaps that's why its a phobia - arachnophobia due to a scary childhood spider experience, homophobia...?

My stance on sexual preference is the same as religion. As long as you don't try to impose your belief system on me, I don't care what you do. I do care if affects some other persons natural-born rights (life, free choice, etc).

 

Beyond that, it's none of my @#$%@ing business what they do.

 

Having leaders without compassion is pretty bad. Y'think we'd try to get along, being that we have to live together on this planet...but...nooooooooo, we have to fight about all these petty issues. When will people grow up? I mean really.
