You guys will definitely have to help me setup my rig to play with you guys online with this one. I think this game will be the best online coop game. Branjo Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 It seems to be the same area as the first Vegas, I really liked the first one though but I thought that the story was finished with the casino/hotel part of it. I was imagining the chase continuing into the desert or in the housing area surrounding Vegas. Maybe it will but for me it looks like a redo of the first. Still gonna get it though as the first had me playing nothing else until it was done. Just hoping for a storyline improvement and a few twists here and there. Angry_Games Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 In Vegas 2's defense, however, you can team up with three others in the Terrorist Hunt mode, which is basically a bunch of individual maps where you and your friends can clean out terrorists over and over again. Given the significant amount of play time you'll need to invest in order to rank up, Terrorist Hunt provides some serious replayability and you can tweak things like the difficulty or number of opponents you'll face. EllisD Posted April 10, 2008 Posted April 10, 2008 So...its about a week away from hitting the shelves here, and i plan on grabbing it when available instead of waiting until the next one comes out to try it (like i did with vegas 1 ) Im really hoping that there will be no problems with this over Himachi, though i know i will still play the crap outta it even if i have to do it alone -_-. Only having 2 player co-op story mode kinda blows, along with the fact that only 1 of the 2 human players have control over BOTH AI teammates (giving 1 AI teammate to each Human player would have been waaaaay better me thinks), but ive always loved terrorist hunt, so im not that worried. I don't play it for the single player experience (every FPS except Stalker is a crappy single player experience in my opinion). Co-op story + co-op terrorist hunt = the value of the game!
