njswift10141980 Posted December 22, 2007 Posted December 22, 2007 I am really trying to enjoy the holidays but for the second year straight I'm sick thank god it's nothing like last year with the hospital and everything but I mean come on it feels like someone is trying to tell me something? I'll just be glad when this horrible year is done and over.

Guest RandallTank Posted December 23, 2007 Posted December 23, 2007 could be worse, every year for my birthday with a few (3 years in a row) exceptions someone in my close family has been in the hospital or died.

I haven't had a good/decent X-Mas season since years ago...
red930 Posted December 23, 2007 Posted December 23, 2007 Well I don't get sick but I still dislike Christmas/New Years. It's just so....boring. I don't get the fascination. I guess I'm not easily amused.
Guest Blooz1 Posted December 23, 2007 Posted December 23, 2007 I'm hearing ya, njswift! I'm sick as dog also, haven't been able to afford my meds this month thanks to the way Medicare drug "insurance" works - once you get to a certain amount spent during the year, TADA! you must pay full price for your prescriptions! (Another wonderful piece of Republican legislation guaranteed to give drug companies a merry 4th quarter every year!) So I can't wait until New Year's come and gone!
