Angry_Games Posted December 11, 2007 Posted December 11, 2007 Looks like the guy who founded FASA and WizKids (the original owners/creators of the franchises) has picked up the "electronic entertainment rights" to Shadowrun, MechWarrior, and Crimson Skies. Hopefully they'll churn out a new Shadowrun, and it won't be anything like the mutated, aborted, rotting corpse-fetus that was Shadowrun on the Xbox360. What a xxxxing horrible horrible horrible horrible game (I grew up playing pen & paper Shadowrun, then the Sega Genesis, which I would rate as my #2 or #3 All-Time Best Game Ever, the SNES version, etc...keep in mind this is where "The Matrix" originally came from *yes the Matrix guys "stole" it you could say without really "stealing"*) http://www.gamasutra.com/php-bin/news_index.php?story=16535 please lord give us new life into our old favorite games (like Bethesda is hopefully doing to Fallout3!) taowulf Posted December 11, 2007 Posted December 11, 2007 I want new (good) Mechwarrior games comparable to MWII.
Angry_Games Posted December 11, 2007 Posted December 11, 2007 ya I've heard a LOT of MW guys say they wish for the old-style MW games to come back, not these new junkers that MS/FASA cranked out without much thought to their base (same as Shadowrun)

I have all of the other more recent games and none of them have floated my boat like the MWII either.
