File and Settings Transfer error!

Ok well I just installed XP Home on top of XP Pro, so I had to wipe the entire hard drive to do this. I did a backup of all my settings and files through the wizard that Windows has onto my storage drive. But now when I try to load them back in, it is saying that it cannot find the stored information. Is there anything I can do or do I have to start from scratch?

Ah I see, I have never used the files and settings transfer wizard myself, I like to do it from scratch every time, fresh is best IMPO. I think but im not sure that you have to do it with 2 separate hard drives which have a windows installation on each, but again its not something I have done before. I just have a backup drive with stuff I can't afford to lose, pics, music, movies, setup files and family vids that kinda thing.
