FSBcalc - Overclock Planning/Help Utility

Recommended Posts

FSBcalc V1.0

Alright so here goes, being the nerd that I am I wrote this little utility to help those that are confused with dividers and such.

It's pretty simple and it can help you plan out an overclock in advance.

You can give it a try here.

Let me now if there's any problems.

Planned Future Additions:

Detailed system read-out

Temperatures (this might be a bit harder to implement)

lol, yea but I heard vb.net is a bit buggy.

And I'm more familiar with vb5, but I still want to try a vb.net version later on.

Good utility for newer users...

If I could make a suggestion,

don't worry about the flashy colors, the bright blue is kinda annoying. I'm assuming this is for newer chipsets anyways.

Something less bright. X_X That blue is a bit hard on the eyes. Cool btw, I'll use it.

Oh, maybe you should include the 1:2....7:10, etc in the dividers. Not sure all bios' have speeds rather than ratios in the menu.

I'll definitely incorporate those dividers, not sure about sharing the source code yet.lol.

I want to mess around with it some more and get some more things integrated.

Well, I cleared my HDDs last night and I completely forgot to save this, so now I need to start all over when I get my new system set up.

Dammit!
