Guest r3d c0m3t Posted November 27, 2007 I just noticed the price went up from the original $219 to $269, what's the point now? I'd might as well dish out the few extra dollars for the HD 2900 XT, I want a new PSU anyway...

momoceio Posted November 27, 2007 Yep, just wait until they have some in stock without selling out instantly and the prices will finally go back to normal.
Angry_Games Posted November 27, 2007 or we might be seeing the first signs of price-fixing by NV and ATI. Or maybe not. Who can say?

Faster, smaller die, less power, etc. Supposedly a decent OCer too!

It is, but at the current price it wouldn't be much of a gain anymore. I don't know, I guess it was just my immediate reaction, I still want a 3870... ...and that 800W ODIN PSU.
