Angry_Games Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 all right, here's one way he thought of to help keep the street alive: http://www.diy-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=81317 the DIY-Street.com Storefront. If you buy hardware, software, whatever, please give it a look and remember that anything you purchase through it will help keep the street's server payments up to date and the street on the internet! ReelFiles Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 We should add the banner for the storefront at the bottom of the pages, like this nice open spot right below this text box
Angry_Games Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 I'm actually thinking of replacing the google ad banner with our custom storefront banner that leads to our store. I haven't received a check from Google in almost 3 months...
Angry_Games Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 yep, just logged into Google AdSense and 7/1/2007 was the last time they paid me...
ReelFiles Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 Damn, that sucks, might as well then. Maybe place the google banner at the bottom, might pick up again, once we get more traffic.
Angry_Games Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 ya that's what I think we'll do is put the Storefront banner in the Google ad position and move the Google ad to the bottom of the pages since no one is clicking on it anymore (after looking at the account, looks like we broke $100 which is minimum for payment but it has taken since July 1st, the last payment, to break $100)
soundx98 Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 My "previoulsy driven" fake G5 case leaves for ReelFiles today. Proceeds of the $40 sale being donated to DIY-Street. PayPal button right at the bottom of page. Yup, right there. Put your cursor over the "donate". very good. now click on it. Oh dang, you are good, that was perfect. you some kinda computer god or sumthin'? OK, now put in a number. any number. got it? OK, now add a zero for luck. excellent. Then just click that kewl yellow banner that says "pay now". OMG, I can't believe how fast you did that. running superpi takes me longer. you have an aura of "l33tn33s" all around you dude. try it again, see if the links are still working
