NF4 Ultra-D 4x512 Dual Channel Problem

Hi Guys, you are my last ditch effort to try and fix this; I have come so far!

So, a lil system details:

Nf4 Ultra-D w/ AMD Athlon 64 3700+

2x512 OCZ DDR400 Dual Channel(200MHz, 3.0, 3, 3, 7)

2x512 Kingston DDR400 Dual Channel(200MHz, 2.5, 3, 3, 8)

Nvidia 8800GTS PCIe

etc.

I got the extra Dual Chan kit as a larf, and I figured hell; why not try and get them to run together? After setting the DRAM voltage to 2.8 because the board wouldn't even boot with all 4 in, I finally got XP 64 to recognize all 2 gig running @ DDR400 2T quite stabily. Here are the timings I'm using:

Memory Type DDR

Memory Size 2048 MBytes

Memory Frequency 184.2 MHz (CPU/12) (I have this set at 1/01)

CAS# 3.0

RAS# to CAS# 2

RAS# Precharge 2

Cycle Time (tRAS) 8

Bank Cycle Time (tRC) 7

DRAM Idle Timer 256

Command Rate 2T

This setup is working fine for normal windows use, even high RAM applications run great! But when I try to run Counter Strike Source or C&C Tiberium Wars, I get display corruption after about 5-30 minutes of gameplay. (This doesn't happen when I remove the other dual channel kit) The corruption appears as purple and greens "glyphs" and goes away the moment I exit the game. Increasing the CAS# any higher, or changing the CR to 1T (With the current timings) causes my bios to need to be reset. I have tried tweaking the tRAS and other timings to no avail; sometimes it seems that certain settings make it better, but I think I'm just paranoid. Is there a "relaxed" set of timings I could use to try and enable 1T? I don't care about Dual Channel working I just need the 2 gigs. Right now, I'm using this guide (http://www.diy-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11397), but I seem to be at an impass; any help would be GREATLY appriciated.

Regards,

Shaze

So, in my most recent test I watched the physical allocation of memory in the system. As soon as it reached a System Cache of 1000000 (K), the decay happens. Minimize to windows, then return to game and the corruption dissapears. The timeline shows the PF Usage History as freeing up an extra 200 megs on minimize....

So the switching of channels is causing the glitch, why oh why can't I run all four sticks @ 1T!??
