well as the title suggest i got an ebay(mobo) and it stated it was boxed with all the cables(sata ide etc)and the back plate well none of that was there not even the original box, now the big question is how far should i pursue this i mean if i was building a system i'd need to go out and spend more money on these items(allthogh i have a lot of cables in my puter room). Do you think i'm being funny causethis is not a big deal for me or should i persue this to the end.

If the person has 100% feedback then a polite email saying that you didnt get something you paid for would be in order. If they have bad feedback then they probably wont care and you will be flogging a dead horse.

Oh man..... that sucks!

Sorry to hear that you seem to have run into a nasty Ebayer.

I've only run into nasty Buyers... never a nasty Seller yet.

If this clown doesn't deal with your legitimate concerns properly -- I would suggest see if there is a way to file a complaint with Ebay.

Or, you could find out where he lives... drive across the country... show up on his front step... and file the complaint in person. That might do it. It's a fun option... not the most cost-effective. But fun.

I would wait 3 days for a return email, then send a second and last notice of possible negative feedback. Finally, if he still doesn't respond, give him what he deserves. Other than that, is it really worth the hassle for a few small parts and a box?
