ShadeZeRO Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 everytime? Yep... World Of Warcraft runs fine, Warcraft 3 fine, hell, Starcraft too. CS:S is the only one giving me problems. I switched ram sticks into diff slots, still same thing.

mknwatt Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 Found this @ steam support forums. Looks liek a lot of troubleshooting. GL I get the following error when playing Half-Life 2 'The Instruction at 0x####### referenced memory at 0x#######. The memory could not be 'read'
ShadeZeRO Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 cmdlineext02.dll ^ That failed on the CS:S Crash test. It says it could be a keylogger, or used in DAEMON-Tools (I do have daemon tools). But it was also set on 'Low' for threat. All my drivers and stuff passed. I uploaded my crash test results: Steam Crash Test Results -- So I found a temporary fix that let's me play CS:S I put -windowed on the launch options, and it loads fine. Then I goto options, and hit ' Full screen ' and it works. hmm, well at least I have 1/2 the problem semi-fixed.
