MSNBC (That Microsoft News Company) has an article up that states the U.S. House of Representatives voted Monday to allow "Hackers" to be sentenced to Life In Prison.

 

It also states that the police can conduct internet or phone "easdropping" (why didn't they just say phone taps?) without a court order...

 

 

Of course, this is no big suprise. After all, not to long ago there was a man who was accused of hacking a few companies that was arrasted and locked up for the longest time without even seeing a court room...

 

 

Also, the article (at least what I read) doesn't state anything about phreeking, cracking, piriting, yatta yatta yatta...

 

 

It's sad if you ask me. The Internet was supose to be this great thing... and slowly our rites (for those of us in the US) are being taken away from us.... It pisses me off.

Theres that whole protection from SEARCH and siezure. Its verymuch against the constituition. But the real threat ont he horizon is the SSCA(I think thats right) www.anti-dmca.com join up and help the fight

dang dat blows..

U know they wont say Phone tapping.. it sounds tooo mean or something..

Its like saying hey were going to go over to Iran and kill all those mofo..

 

No they wont say that.. there going to say.. Hey were going to Iran to NUTURALIZE those mofo's :P
