Confined Posted February 20, 2007 Posted February 20, 2007 I want to get a RAID 0 setup running so I will ultimately be required to get the exact same hard drive I have now. I'm pretty sure about that correct me if I'm wrong. Would the Raptor 74Gb that they have now (called WD740ADFD) be compatible with my late 2005 model which newegg no longer carries? You could even raid 0 a 74 gig raptor and a 150 gig raptor together, but all of the drives in a raid 0 can only be as big as the smallest drive.
