warthrin Posted February 1, 2007 Posted February 1, 2007 So last night my computer, with a DFI Lanparty nf3 250Gb and PNY 6600 worked fine. I turn it on today when I get home. My mouse lights up, I have the fans glowing and it sounds normal, but I have no signal to my monitor. I switch monitors, same thing happens. I am thinking my video card died but I have the fan running, what's going on?
tasr Posted February 1, 2007 Posted February 1, 2007 Try a CMOS clear. What LED do you get? What's the rest of the rig? Signature?
HITandRUN Posted February 1, 2007 Posted February 1, 2007 You agreed to post you signature as per forum rules! What monitor is it? LCD or CRT?
xohardflipox Posted February 1, 2007 Posted February 1, 2007 Logged on to a new account heh. I tried clearing the CMOS, and I tried both LCD and CRT monitors. I just went out and bought a cheap video card but the same thing is happening. Funny thing is with my NF3 both of the normal system lights are fine, and my mouse and keyboard lights up. It's just like it went dead overnight.

tasr Posted February 1, 2007 Posted February 1, 2007 Load the defaults in the BIOS after you clear for 10min.
xohardflipox Posted February 1, 2007 Posted February 1, 2007 Ok by taking the battery out or just switching the jumpers from 1-2 to 2-3 then back?
thefabe Posted February 2, 2007 Posted February 2, 2007 Try it either way or both.
