Corsair xms3200c2v5.2 + ultra d problem

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone, my first post here this year

I have a very unusuall problem. I have a 2x512 corsaid xms 3200c2 v 5.2. In a 1:1 with the fsb ratio. I can run it at 275 @2.7v 3-4-4-8 but with any other divisor it wont reach even 200 at 195 it will give me a bluescreen or not boot. The only divider that can go over 200 is the 180option. This one allows 205 but no more!

How can this be? I tried the stock 406 bios and the 623(this one doesnt let me go over 305 with the fsb for some reason). I tried a 425watt enermax and a 600watt coolmax, same problem. It also doent matter if I relax the timings. Not even a small gain. I am using orange slots and tried 1 module at a time.

My rig is opt144, ultra d with 704bta bios. I can run 315fsb before opt says no more, thats at 1.6v with a Bigtyphoon. So temps are ok. Open rig, plenty of air.

Any help would be greatly appreaciated :)
