Identifying VR chips

Recommended Posts

I'm having hard time while trying to figure out what to do with my ram. Knowing your enemy (chip) would be a good start but apparently kingston has re-labeled them.

I am asking you for help. If you have any idea what this chip (KVR400x64c25/512) is, please tell me :)

What it says on chip:

D32080LAT-5AN

(the line that matters?)

other lines on chip:

AKPK1620516

S02208

0504 S01

Manufactured in week 6/2005 according to everest.

Thanks in advance for all ideas :)

Well... if Overclock.net is right it appears Kingston uses a huge variety of ICs on their sticks: Winbond BH-5/Winbond CH-5/Hynix D43/Hynix D5/Samsung TCC5/Micron 5B C/Samsung TCC4/Winbond UTT BH-5/Mosel Vitelic 5ns/Winbond UTT CH-5

Somehow I think it'll be Mosel Vitelic 5ns, but I don't know.
