Corpsman Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 I just re-installed Windows Xp and can't seem to find my motherboard install CD. I can't get online because the network won't work without a driver. Can you point me to a link for the neccessary downloads so I can get back online? NecroManceR Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 a little tip: buy a pendrive and put in it all the drivers of the mobo, your vga or anything you want. by this way you avoid this kind of problems
ReelFiles Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 Or just store them on your second drive with all your important backups, the when reinstalling you just leave that drive alone and it'll be ready to go right after the install. loggan26 Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 Or you could just create a slipstreamed XP install cd with all drivers in it already,,,,,, Logan
Corpsman Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 UT-OHH! File NF4w2k666e.zip is the file I assume I need. When I try to unzip it I get a message that states "Please insert the last disk of the Multi-Volume set and click enter to continue". THunDA Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 UT-OHH! File NF4w2k666e.zip is the file I assume I need. When I try to unzip it I get a message that states "Please insert the last disk of the Multi-Volume set and click enter to continue".It seems like the file you downloaded might be corrupted.. I'd redownload it and try again.. GL
