Judging by the wattage he said it could power a p4 2.0 ghz. Connectors: 1 20 pin ATX power 1 4 ATX Aux 4 4 Hard Drive Power 2 Floppy Power 1 SCSI(I think it is ) And about the shipping its not included because i wasnt sure where the stuff was going.
