Danuel Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 As a mainstream user, I do a tad bit of gaming but a lot of desktop processing for now, would i notice a great difference between a x2 3800+ and an opty 170? stock wise, Some say i should look into upgraded my GPU first, but way i see it is i should get a better CPU, that i can overclock , and upgrade when the dx10 cards come down , and have the better cpu ready adn over clocked for less of a bottle neck. thefabe Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 It may be old school but reinstalling the Os just seems like a better way to go with a new CPU not to mention you will get to see it's true real preformance before it is all muddled up with extra apps and such.
