8800gts bad card or bad driver?

I'm having the exact same problem with Rainbow Six: Vegas. It keeps giving up the same message after crash "games has stopped working."

 

Some games have problems running with oc'ed cards. Remember the problem with stalker and oc'ed cards? Then again, I can't say this is a problem for EVERY oc'ed card...some people just don't have certain prolems others might with same/different components.

 

Too many variables to consider in different systems. It's like a "grey" area, and not a blanket statement. Plus you are oc'ed rather high, even if you got lucky and got a great card with samsung chips, you lucky $@!!
