schoolslave Posted December 18, 2006 Posted December 18, 2006 I need new RAM lol. But, seeing that DDR times are over, and Im gonna move over to DDR2 eventually anyway, I just want some semi good cheap DDR 2Gbyte Kit. This looks pretty good. http://www.chiefvalue.com/product/productd...item=20-231-039 But will it work in my nf4 sli-d?
red930 Posted December 18, 2006 Posted December 18, 2006 http://www.tankguys.biz/team-xtreem-cronus...bcf3bce94967318 To hedge your bets, I'd get this stuff. Don't know about that vendor either...Tank Guys is pretty well proven and reliable.
laserred Posted December 18, 2006 Posted December 18, 2006 I second the kit Dan linked to... I've got it, it will hit 270MHz with no problems and tight timings. 2.8V does everything, if you are closer to 200MHz you can probably run it at 2.6V. @2880MHz (262HTT) on Everest I got about 7250MB/s read speed. For the money, I would do it again.
