ridikolous Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 anyone experiencing game lockups using the dx7 rendering setup... i tried everything... i passed prime 8hrs+, memtest is fine, 3dmarks is fine too... turned down my gpu clocks. i can play on dx9 all day without lockups.. Branjo Posted December 7, 2006 Posted December 7, 2006 The Dx7 option was very handy indeed when I had my 9800pro but I get excellent FPS now with Dx9 and my card. With your rig man you shouldn't be able to even notice if your on Dx7 or 9. Sounds like something else might be set wrong to me.
