I have a Amd Athlon 2400 overclocked to 2.25 and it seems like it cant go any higher the front bus is set on 177 @ 1.75 volts if any one can help that will be great

I also have the speed strip on the cpu with a volcano 9 and and plenty of fans

What are your temps like?

It looks like you've found the maximum for your CPU. If your temps are under 45 load, you might want to try upping the voltage to 1.85 and see how much more you can get out of it, but I think that's probably a pretty darn good OC for a 2400.

Your volcano 9 is your stumbling block right now. If you had a better HSF then you could hit a higher o/c since you could pump more voltage into the chip. If you really want to get more out of that 2400, that would be your best bet. Sorry for taking Psywar's SLK off him, but I'm trying to OC myself :P
