jelly Posted November 21, 2006 Posted November 21, 2006 My first is in my sig. I love it! I will use dfi from now on! If im not overclocking i still will. They are nice and stable. That is why I got this one i have now. I had an asus board "a8v deluxe" and it would not keep my volts stable +/- 10%

jelly Posted November 21, 2006 Posted November 21, 2006 UncleDavid218 why did you sell the 8800s?
UncleDavid218 Posted November 21, 2006 Posted November 21, 2006 I haven't gamed in around 6 months, so even a 7900GTX is way overkill. Those GTS' would have been a HUGE waste of money

dr_bowtie Posted November 21, 2006 Posted November 21, 2006 My 1st DFI... Lanpart NF2-Ultra-B with a 2600 mobile.... I liked it so much I bought 3 more... I kept the 1st one til this monday and then it went off to Cali... Then I picked up all from the forum... 2-SLI-DR's 1-SLI-D 1-NF3-250gb 2-3700's 1-148 1-3400/754 I have been very happy with all my DFI products... and then to think I almost gave them up back when... This isnt even close to half the stuff I have bought of this forum...you guys really know how to support my habit... My favorite board is the SLI-DR that got me in the 3G's club with the help of CPDMF and a 148 opty with better stepping than the one I actually bought retail... both my current sig are from forum parts... Clawhammer Posted November 21, 2006 Posted November 21, 2006 my sig rig is my 1st dfi rig. im never gonna go to another motherboard manufacturer.if you like asus i feel sorry for your board:). i push any tweaker or enthusiast to go DFI all the way baby. it would be nice however to see DFI become more involved in the gaming community with respects to sponsorships.i thinks the adverising benifits would be huge. Still aot of neewbies dont have a clue that DFI exists, but they could tell you all the specs about the latest asus board.I dont think dfi breaks the top ten when it comes to sales and popularity. would also be great if DFI released a venus type model for all there high end line ups. My next board will definatly be a lanparty with rd600 chipset. Im just glad i knew someone who knew about DFI and showed me the true light of this pc realm.
