From the guide I linked to above.

any computer, whether you build a DFI or an Asus or an Asrock or a Dell etc...you ALWAYS start with only a single stick of ram, cpu, and vid card, and nothing else, to make sure it boots (you do want to make sure it boots and works before you go installing 3 hdd's and a dvd burner and sound card and 10 fans and lights and everything in a case dont you?)

Following the guide you would only be using one video card.

Hello,

 

Yes i did that, installed using one graphic card, two hard drives because i wish to use them in raid which obviously cant be done with one drive only.

Now i have switched back to single card and system seems to be stable.

Okay, i brought PC to my local repair shop and they recond this was due to Nforce Inbuild Firewall, they sorted that out and system seems stable now ... well see how it performs in future
