Guest Kobalt Posted September 19, 2006 Posted September 19, 2006 Not true. I have a A0, & D0. There is *hardware* difference! One, A0 won't work with my RAM that works fine in D0. The CAPS are different, some locations have more others have less, some chips have been moved (PLC?)) and I think that is it. Sharp Posted September 19, 2006 Posted September 19, 2006 What was bios version on A0 and D0? That may explain memory problem.
Guest Kobalt Posted September 19, 2006 Posted September 19, 2006 D0 has latest BIOS, A0 I think had latest BIOS also...I think DFI ships the latest BIOS on RMA boards... swapping the BIOS chip didn't help BTW.
