Nightwish68 Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 Hi, I got a AMD 3800 X2 ADA3800DAA5BV ldbfe 0625 gpmw and installing it this weekend Has somebody already experience with this cpu. Couldn't find anything about it on the DFI forum. Edit: it seems to be a Manchester core Rev. E4

Nightwish68 Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 Hi, CPU_Z is shows my 3800 X2 as a manchester core Everest shows it as a manchester core Rightmark mem analyzer & rightmark clock shows it as a toledo core Because it is a BH-E4 i assume it would be a manchester. When testing with superpi can i run 1 instance of the superpi program or do i need to run 1 on each core? I tried to run 2 superpi programs the same time but couldn't get it working, the first worked but the second got me an error message within a few seconds. I found the thread where explained how to create a batchfile for prime95, this works perfect.
