Are you overclocked ?

What are ALL your bios settings ? overclocked or not

Do you have any benchmark results ? just to give us an idea how you score..

I would upgrade to AT LEAST 1 gig of ram..

whoa i forgot to update my sig. I added a 1gb ram module.

See it was working fine until one day i kept having hard drive problems. I kept trying to reinstall windows but it was really slow and hard to do. I then read a tip to disable udma, which then let it finish installing windows but now it stills sluggish (minute + to open aim/firefox, 30 secs + to open my computer, etc.)

Did you run any hard drive utilities on the drive ?

Have you tried new cables for the hard drive ?

And lastly, do you have another hard drive to try ?
