jaykeMURD Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 That panel is wicked! Your case is looking similar to mine. I'm working on a mirror finish exterior, with a glossy black chassis. I've got the same DVD drive too!

Guest Blooz1 Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 Looks great! The side panel looks very cool with the "mirrored" plexi!
boo_masters Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 t_ski: Awesome job on everything. I like the three fans over rad too, nice cool temps for sure. If you want to make those small gaps disappear you could always try some black metal mesh and cut a rectangle of it to fit just between the fans and case's metal, then drill holes in appropriate spots. It will "mask" those gaps out (I did this to mask a gap once but it only works well with black mesh). A nice Natalie desktop background would be nice here boo
t_ski Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 A nice Natalie desktop background would be nice here Is that the chick from you siggy? Actually, I have Mater on my desktop right now. Three kids you know... For the gaps by the rad fans, I plan on mounting the rad up there and have the fans underneath pulling the air through. I also will have an ACRyan RadGrillz on there sometime soon. For right now, I'm in the middle of changing the rad for another style, so there's no water cooling yet. But when I get it, the gaps won't be there. I will get some pics of the inside after I get the water installed. Right now there's not much to look at with stock cooling
t_ski Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 I got the panel rigged up last night when I couldn't sleep. This morning my wife sees it for the first time and she says, "So, what kind of satanic symbol is this anyway?" SMACK!!! She doesn't get me... t_ski Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 That looks sweet. About how many hours of work did you put into it? Way too many to count That's part of the decision to have the guy cut the panel for me, as classes are getting more involved and I don't seem to have as much time as I was before.
