Mobo Problems

Recommended Posts

I have a DFI LP UT nF4 SLI-DR Expert motherboard. When i hook everything up, nothing turns on, nothing moves, but for a sec, then shuts down. The only thing that comes on are the 4 red led lights at the bottom, and the single orange light at the top. Now, when i unplug ATX 12V cord, and power up, the fans come on and it seems like it wants to work. Has anyone else heard of this problem? Everything works when i hook it up to my ASUS A8N32 SLI board.

Do a detailed signature with all your components (per the rules of the forum). We need to know what your working with.

I had a similiar experience with my build as well, I turned the rocker switch off and unplugged the power cord from my PSU then did a CMOS clear to solve it.
