theonlybabyface Posted August 1, 2006 Posted August 1, 2006 Just slapped in a crossfire card and now it takes at least 5 times of powering off/on my system to get a video signal from a cold boot. Warm boot is fine. Is this an issue with this board and crossfire? Happy Games, what are your settings in the bios for crossfire? ruhl Posted August 2, 2006 Posted August 2, 2006 I have not expericned this problem; however I have heard of a known problem with DVI connections, ATI cards and certain TFT or LCD displays. Others have reported that DVI connections will not display anything until Windows (if using Windows) gets to the login screen (or network sign-on prompt). I use a Sceptre and have no problems with the CrossFire DVI use. ruhl
theonlybabyface Posted August 2, 2006 Posted August 2, 2006 Yeah...that issue is with specific Dell LCD's and only occurs within Windows. I'm talking about the post screeen however. I can't use the diagnostic code to troubleshoot as it changes every second....
