Powerstream 520w can just anything but possibly a highly overclocked dual-core AND a couple of X1900XT Crossfires....but I've done it myself (with 3 RAID hdd's and a dvd-burner, plus dual pump watercooling and about 10 case fans with a fan controller to boot).

So yes, it can defintely handle a single 7600 or 7900 and a dual core. It can definitely handle a couple of 7600's and a dual core and I would imagine that if your 520w Powerstream is like mine, it can definitely handle a couple of 7900GT's in SLI and a dual-core ;)

for the vid cards....I would easily go with the 7900GT....you can get another one later when prices drop even more if thats what you feel like. Another 7600 down the road would be cheap too, but not as good as adding another 7900 lol.

Gskill is good from what i hear. I've never had any so don't know. I use OCZ PC4000 2x1GB Gold EL, Platinum EB, and Gold GX (XTC) kits and they all perform flawlessly (with a little help from my tweaker-finger!)

ight thanks happy lol on the tweaker-finger but do you think that the x2 have prob in games ? or is that just some people cuz a few people on the forums say it not that big of a deal and if the price is right on the 7900 fa show i will use it lol i was goin with a 3200 then i saw the x2 drop price so i was like hummm a low end or a low end x2 i was like the x2 all the way :D im goin to look at ocz ram and see what i like

My favorite Nvidia cards are

XFX

eVGA

BFG

Leadtek

I wouldn't worry too much about the 7900GT's these days...they were a nasty problem when they first came but they've all been revised to not have those problems as far as I can tell.

I still would recommend an X1900XT 512MB card instead (even though it is about $50 or so more than the 7900GT...it is a much better card)
