New build (m-atx 939) cpu&mobo help!

Hey everyone, I'm going to be building a m-atx system, I was just wondering what would be my best choice for a CPU?? I'll mainly be gaming and overclocking on air. I am leaning towards the X2 4400+, but I just wanted to hear some opinions.

Please no one advise me to build a Conroe/AM2 system, I've already thought about it and I want to stick with 939.

Also, I've picked the Biostar TForce 6100 board because it's been reviewed really well (but I want to use OCZ ram and I haven't seen a Biostar board with OCZ yet) and I just now found out about the DFI RS482 Infinity board and I think I'll switch to the DFI.

Will a nVidia card run alright on it?? and it says it only supports up to PC-3200, can I shove some PC-4000 in there anyway??

Thanks everyone for your help,

I'm using an RS482 in an Aspire Q-Pack with a replacement 520w Skyhawk psu (since the Q-Pack 420w is bogus and weak)

I'm moving it to a new DD mircoCube as soon as it arrives (a lil cube with complete watercooling!)

here's the contents:

RS482 Infinity

X2 4400+

2x1GB OCZ PC4000 Gold EL

ATI X850XT PE PCI-E or XFX 7800GT (haven't decided yet, but probably the X850 just cuz it's the shorter card, but if I had a 7600GT I'd use it instead)

Skyhawk 520w psu (its as strong as the OCZ Powerstream but hard to find now)

Turtle Beach 5.1 pci sound

Hitachi 80GB SATA II

complete DD TDX watercooling

no room for an optical drive in the DD cube, but the Aspire Q-Pack has room, but i still choose to go with an external and instead insert a 5.25" fan controller into one of the bays on the Aspire (which I will get another RS482 Infinity to plug into that unless I find a good Conroe mATX board)

I am a happy user of the RS482. Here is a good thread with its features and bios detailed. RS482 review. I would look into the 4200 or the 4400. I personally like to go cheap and went with the 3800 for $154.00 @ newegg. PC4000 ram works fine, look into some 2GB kits.

My specs are

AMD X2- 3800 (2.7 - 1.55v)

DFI Infinity RS482

G.Skill PC400 2GBHZ

eVGA 7900GT (being rma'd)

Modstream 520

@H_G any links to the DD microcube system? :)
