There was a thread a few weeks ago called "My attempt at cable management." Lotta people tossed ideas around in there and I think there was even a link in it to another site. There was also a thread on sleeving PSU cables recently.

Here Are a few of the threads that Anospa mentioned:

The main thing is not to rush it. Open your case & look inside(take a deep look):)

Study how the wring is & how you would like it to be. You may need several tries to get the look that you want. Like I said take your time with it & good luck.

I have seen people that use flat pata cables run them under the mobo and along the side of the case. ofcourse the cable was about two feet long.

I've run all my wires behind my mobo and drive trays, and if you're not afraid of splicing (soldering, crimp connectors, heatshrink, mesh sleeving, and the like) wires the possibilities are nearly endless.

Yeah behind the Mobo is a good start, and turning your HDD's around helps so the connectors are facing the inside of your front panel (easiest with SATA Cable's or long PATA). Get some of those tiny little cable ties, the ones that are very easy to cut. With the big ones you risk cutting the wires when you are changing things around.
