douirc Posted October 14, 2006 Posted October 14, 2006 I can't download it?! Tell's me I don't have permissons?! any suggestions? I don't know why, but my sig isn't showing up. anyway, my question is, will this bios support my 2GB Ballistix Z503s? I just upgraded to the Expert from my LP UT SLI-DR and I was running them 280 2.7V 3-3-3-8. With the Expert (and stock bios) I can't get anywhere near that. I'm hoping this bios will fix that. Would that be a good assumption?

douirc Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 there's a much simpler approach. I would highly suggest downloading the executable from DFI's website that creates the floppy disk for you. then, just copy over the old bin file with Merlin's new bin file and change the autoexec.bat file to point to the new file. it's very simple: EDIT the autoexec.bat file so it looks like this: @echo off cls @ECHO OFF A:AWDFLASH EX100706.BIN /cks/sn/py/cc/cd/cp/wb/ld/qi echo "The version of BIOS was inaccurate," echo "Please remove the floppy, download the right one and re-flash." @ECHO OFF
Brother Esau Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 Hey man its kind of hard for me to exactly uunderstand what exactly it is you are saying! I see that you are from France and I know this is due to the language barrier and all, but please re ask the quesrtion so that myself or others can understand what you are asking. I am not trying to insult you, I really just do not understand exactly what you have typed!
