PSU Compability

Hey guys, I just have one very quick question.

I've been looking for a PSU lately that has enough to power my BFG 7800gt OC, which requires a 12V rating of 26A or higher. My current PSU has enough but I was looking for something a little better, and I found this PSU.. OCZ Powerstream

I've done a bunch of research on it and it seems to hold up very well under load.

There is one problem, however. I've read that DFI motherboards have problems with PSUs that only have a 20-pin power cable, and they even have problems with any 20-24pin adaptors, which is something that this PSU appears to have. The cable is originaly 20-pin but the extra 4-pins attatch to the 20-pin and thus, adds up to 24 pins. This, to me, sounds like some kind of converter thingy and I'm not sure if it would do well with my DFI Lanparty NF4 Ultra-D motherboard. Should I buy it or not?

I'm sorry if I confused you guys, the link provides another explanation but you'll have to fish around for it.

Thanks for any help! Other PSU recs. would be nice.

The PowerStream 520 has a true 24 pin plug. The 4 pins are detachable in order to fit 20 pin motherboards. I recently upgraded from this power supply to a GameXstream 700. The Powerstream served me well.
