Guest FxXP Posted October 17, 2003 Posted October 17, 2003 A new build of Firebird just popped up on the Mozilla site yesterday. New build 0.7. Small, fast, and efficient browser that doesn't beat up on your resources like IE does. Link Mozilla 1.5 was just released as well. If you arnt trying it, try it its for linux too if you run linux and mac I ran Firebird on my Slack box a month ago. Runs just as good on Linux as it does on Windows. If can be used on BSD which I am sure most linux apps can, then yes it will run on Jaguar.

andrusk Posted October 20, 2003 Posted October 20, 2003 (edited) Im downloading it now. Hopefully its worth it. And yeah, like syko said. IE is built into the operating system, theres no getting rid of it. edit::::::::::: Seems to work pretty good so far. Hmmmm, maybe ill stay on the side of the flame!! double edit:::::::::::::; Nevermind, i see no reason for me to switch, most pages seem to load a little slower if not the same speed, Also im adjusted to IE. Oh well, maybe another day. Edited October 20, 2003 by andrusk
