Maybe it's supposed to let you know when one of your buddies is online, but I haven't noticed it doing anything. I added you to mine. Thats so your not inflating someones rep all in one day.. Spread the hugs and dont just hug one person all day.. (oh man.. im hanging out with Happy too much..)
