howie b Posted October 15, 2003 Posted October 15, 2003 (edited) Well, if you are stuck with that memory, i would suggest just abandoning the 200 FSB goal altogether. Try to see how high you can get your multi with 166 FSB at first (you should be able to hit the max [12.5] for that board no problem) by increasing it .5 at a time and testing for stability until you lock up or fail to boot. After that, increase your FSB 1-3 Mhz at a time until you get lock-ups reboot. Back down about 3 Mhz from your max stable, and keep it there. THIS IS A VERY ELEMENTARY OC GUIDE.....I'm too lazy right now to go in depth....if you want some good hints do a search in the forum for "Barton 2500+" and sort throught hundreds of "how do I OC my Barton 2500+?" posts that are here. Good luck and cheers. Edited October 15, 2003 by howie b

stew Posted October 15, 2003 Posted October 15, 2003 you need to complete a whole work unit first.... to get the logo to work you need to wait till LinuXProX spots you on the team list (oh and you must use the EXACT forum name case sensitive and everything. I didnt get on for a few days so dont worry about it
fubar8358 Posted October 15, 2003 Posted October 15, 2003 thanks you answered my question i wasnt sure but shouldnt be tolong before i complete a work unit cause lol i leave folding on 24-7 weather im playing games or messing with adobe or doing my biss crap! thanks stew. my fourm name isnt case sensitive as my folding name but its close enough lol
stew Posted October 15, 2003 Posted October 15, 2003 ah well.. dont know if it'll matter... i had started working as "SubDivider" (xbox Live gamertag ) until i realised i couldnt self-link it so had to restart It takes a while to do the first one but then they start to speed up a bit... takes me about 1 and a half days to get a WU done... although it depends what im doing with my computer
