doctorcilantro Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 "As you can see, 2-2-2-10-1T at 235MHz is quite aggressive, and was only possible on the 05/04 BIOS. However multipliers other than 13 caused instability on this BIOS, and the other options provided better performance." What do you mean by instability? RAID array errrors? I am clocking the RAM safe, know it can do 250 and still getting array errros & serial controller (20+ instances listed at post then no load past windows boot screen). I am at 250x12 so non -stock multi so should I try the 6/23? v/r DC

ShadeZeRO Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 I also have the Athlon Mobile CPU line. More specifically, the 3400+ I dont have the stock retention bracket, I'm currently using a bolt on Alpha 8150T heastink. I actually have a Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme sitting here I might install (might as well, if I'm not going to use it till my next Core2Quad build), but I figure, I should get an IHS for it (the one from MSI). Otherwise I'd crush my chip. Even my 8150T isn't sitting right without it =X
