Zazza Posted June 13, 2006 Posted June 13, 2006 Hi all! Any advice about a fast (around 250MHz) dual channel kit (2x1GB) for the NF4 Ultra-D motherboard? Which chips should I look for?

tasr Posted June 13, 2006 Posted June 13, 2006 Take a look a this thread; Recommended - RAM Guide for DFI nF4's. Look under (A list of good memory modules) and go with these for starting your research. Check this thread out; Socket 939 - G.Skill HZ/Any other UCCC (2x1024) 260+ please post here. I did here the newer G.Skill HZ may not be performing as well now. I have a new set and I’m not completely done testing. In my preliminary testing I do not like what I’m seeing. Then there is the Overclocking Database (OCDB). Lot’s of good stuff there.
A6437 Posted June 13, 2006 Posted June 13, 2006 Try Mushkin Extreme performance PC4000 at www.newegg.com
hellasvagabond Posted June 13, 2006 Posted June 13, 2006 Gskill is the right choice if you dont want to spend an big amount of money on memories. After that Mushkin Redline and OCZ Platinum are Great choices but i dont think the money/performance ratio is worth the extra bucks.
