If you're actually going to be cheap and buy a chip that's already AT three, just get an FX-74 setup and have some REAL gloating power instead of that cheapo 1MB total L2 piece of AM2 dung...

Sorry, that's the drugs talkin' LOL

buy the opty Charmed is selling, it's a good CPU, myself and CPDMF own the same stepping and they were all bought together is just that CharmedLover was not able to overclock it well,.... :P

I just picked up a 165 which has overclocked pretty well for me. Stable at 2.8GHz with 1.325V. Once I get my cooling issues figured out I plan to up the voltage and see what I can do.

if it's the same stepping on your sig, you'll be able to hit 3GHz with a little effort.

They go really well, can't say enough good things about them.

With Pi 1M stable @ 2.45v I can get:

434 @ 3-3-3

575 @ 4-4-4

605 @ 5-5-5

So they're fairly "useful" ;):D

Yep its the one in my sig. I think I am going to lap and reseat my XP-120 today and see if I can get some better temps. Then I can start having fun with the voltage and can see what this 165 will do.
