Im thinking to pop up IHS but have not any idea how to protect core with my Sonic Tower cooler...It`s too massive and heavy. Â I had my naked 3700+ under a Sonic Tower for a while with no issue. CPDMF Posted August 26, 2006 Posted August 26, 2006 I should have a couple more GGG entries for CPU's pretty soon.. I threw my CABNE 0528GPMW in my expert.. Â The 3700 Sandy I'm using was delidded then passed around between my friends and none of us remember who had the IHS last so it's identity is unknown. Â Only a couple more hours of prime at 3100 and I'll be able to wrap up an entry with the CFX3200. May be the set up that finally breaks 3.2.. I keep wanting to stop prime and go back into the bios for a little more.. Need that baseline starting point to work from though..
