Reboots with Azureus

Okay so I leave my PC running while I'm out doing things, and I usually leave Azureus (a bittorrent client) running as well. Without fail, when I come back to my PC I'm at the Windows login screen. Now I've had Azureus running in background while I'm doing other things without a hiccup, but when unattended it resets. It seems pretty whack to me, but if anyone has an idea, please let me know! Thanks!

Do you have hibernation enabled? I was using my daughter's laptop for a while and I had to disable the hibernate mode when I was using uTorrent. IIRC, it would disconnect when the laptop would hibernate, or even if the screensaver came on (I think). On my rig I have all of that stuff disabled. If I'm going to be away from my computer, I turn the monitor off.

Is your system stable? I used to have a similar problem w/ BitComet but I determined that my memory was overclocked too far. I would test your rig thoroughly.

Don't forget to seed

i had the exact same happen to me on my last cpu, i left azereus when i went to work, and when i came back the pc had rebooted, back then i made azereus startup when windows starts.

it turned out my pc was not stabile; it was stabile in all games and other applications, just not prime 95 and azereus :(

turned out to be tooo high mem frequency as poster above said

I had that problem after turning on hibernate mode at the urging of my APC UPS software. And it went away when I turned off hibernate mode.

I can't claim stability yet, even though the board is not oc'd and I have no problems. I wont run serious stability tests (other than MEMSAV, which is ok) until I finish a fan controller I'm building to offload the fans from the MB and ensure that they start positively, but Azureus runs for days without a problem with a large list of files and allocated 200 kBps up speed (on the nVidia port). And I can watch DVDs while it is doing this without any burps.

Board/CPU/Memory/GPU etc have made a great improvement in performance over my previous setup.
