nec Posted April 5, 2004 Posted April 5, 2004 In situations where the screen is over crowded with tool bars such as in AUTOCAD, space is needed to do your graphics, your actual work. Here you place the second monitor as an extension and all the tool bars, help window, links, etc. Thus you have all the tools needed on one screen and lots of space in the other. This will make yor work easier and and faster. (no need to open-close all kinds of windows)
CompXT Posted April 7, 2004 Posted April 7, 2004 Matrox makes a triple head card. Around 375 bucks for the 128mb version. But it is 512GPU. Not really sure good it for gaming though.

cGrUnDy Posted April 8, 2004 Posted April 8, 2004 jedi knights and any quake 3 engine game can that's really good news, I've been playing jedi academy for weeks and I was using my seccond monitor just for monitoring my temperatures. I didn't know I could play on both of them. Ill give it a try tonight. Is it easy to set up? Does it work with different resolutions on each monitor?
