Sempron 2800+ how far will it go?

Recommended Posts

Ok this is my first post.

This machine isn't built yet, but the CPU is currently in a ECS Nforce3-A @ 2.451 GHz.

My question is, how much further will I be able to ge with the DFI mobo (currently voltage limited)?

Is 3 GHz realistic?

It would appear to be a DH-E6 stepping (according to CPU-Z). Current temps are 29degC idle and 34to36degCish full load (prime 95).

I think he means it wont clock very high above stock if at all

could also be compaitbilty

dfi boards can be very picky

that and your running mixed modules

you'll get best results with matched pairs even if your not running dual-channel
