anyone know how arm this chipset can get without getting any errors?

chipsets are rated up to 90C

70C is where I start getting nervous and worrying

if your chipset is anywhere up to 65C it is perfectly safe

Can anyone give me any advice on how to cool the PWM IC then? I get temps up to 50C on it. I don't even know where it is to try and figure out how to keep it cool. :(

a silent 80mm fan blowing over the sinks around the cpu socket can drop temps up to 20C (about 10C-15C is typical)
