are you passing memtest with all 4 sticks? what timings and speed? 2t?

You should never mix memory brands, speeds, DS, SS, etc etc!

Ur running

2x 512MB HyperX PC-4000

2x 512MB HyperX PC-3500

just asking for trouble i think!

Actually that is kind of odd, your system crashes on the Futuremark series bench, but has no problems with games? Which games are you running? What are the in game settings and resolutions? Which chipset drivers, video card drivers, and service pack for windows are you running on your system? You are running the latest version of 3DMark03 correct?
