No Post - Debug LED -8

Hi,

 

I was so excited to get this mobo as well as the X1900 card. When I turn it on the monitor does not leave standby. There are no post beeps. The Debug LED is showing -8. I cannot find the post codes anywhere in the manual. I read onthe forums that it might not like two mem sticks, so I removed one and tried the other in different slots, nothing changed.

I had to clear the cmos on the first boot, not sure if that is your problem
