Memory timings

Ok think I have my memory settings set correctly. Ran bootable metest86 for 9hrs and no errors. Here are my settings.

DRAM - 200

CPC - Enabled

TCL - 2

TRCD - 2

TRAS - 5

TRP - 2

TRC - 7

TRFC - 9

TRRD - 00

TWR - 2

TWTR - 1

TRWT - 1

TREF - 3120

TWCL - 1

DRAM BANK INTERLEAVE - Enabled

DQS SKEW CONTROL - Increase

DQS SKEW VALUE - 250

DRAM DRIVE STRENGTH - 8

DRAM DATA DRIVE STRENGTH - 3

MAX ASYNC LATENCY - 5.0 Nan Secs

DRAM RESPONSE TIME - Normal

READ PREAMBLE TIME - 4 Nan Secs

IDLE CYCLE LIMIT - 16 cycles

DYNAMIC COUNTER - Enable

R/W QUE BYPASS - 16x

BYPASS MAX - 7X

32 BIT GRAN - Disable

 

Any suggestions for improvement or stick with what I have? My mem type is in my sig.

Try this combo - you have good low latency memory.

Works for me when I have good tight timings.

 

MAX ASYNC LATENCY - Auto

DRAM RESPONSE TIME - Fast

READ PREAMBLE TIME - Auto

 

You could try

TREF - 3072
